Very short and rude on the phone, they do not seem to want to refill necessary medicine requests for 3+ days and if you run out and call them all you get is "send a message to your doctor" which again will take 3+ days to get an answer on. NECESSARY MEDICATIONS. This place is a joke and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone at all, your anxiety will go through the roof every month wondering if you will miss needed medication doses or not. roll the dice.
I've been going here since 2016 and the providers are amazing and the staff is great. They work with me when I need to be seen and it's wonderful having a providers office know people by name. They take the time to discuss things and help with setting goals to help in patients health
This place has become way more hassle than it’s worth. Anytime I call for help they always just brush me off or tell me to ask my insurance / go to urgent care. No one here wants to help. On the off chance you talk to a doctor or resident, they are nice. I have been coming here for 6 years and I will definitely be going somewhere else. The level of care is not like it was when I first started coming overall. Every time I reach out it’s disappointing and frustrating.
Had a great experience here today! Easy parking. All the staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. I barely waited at all to be called back to the room and the dr came almost immediately. I saw dr Reinagel. Highly recommend him. He was thorough, calm, and addressed all my concerns. He was not pushy and respected my health decisions. I never felt rushed at all. After my appointment, I conveniently went downstairs and got my labs done. I will definitely be coming here again! A plus was the Mary statue in the waiting room. So beautiful l! Thank you.
Physicians are fantastic. Office staff is unhelpful and condescending. Today I couldn't get booked for an appointment because they only book patients within a "team" of physicians. So I need to wait three weeks to get treated for a hurt finger. Get real!
Surprised by all the negative reviews. This was one of the easiest doctor visits I've ever had. My appt was at 10:20am. I got there around 10 and only had to wait a few minutes before they called my name. The PA was efficient and Dr Baker was great- Attentive and thorough. I walked out by 10:40, much earlier than expected. I have my annual visit scheduled for next year already.
Dr. Verna is the best! I hated going to the doctor until I met Dr. Verna. She listens to my concerns & will recommend a specialist if I need one. She's also my husband's doctor & is much better than his previous doctor. I've never had a major issue, even with the office staff. I'm so glad I found a good doctor.
We have been at this office for fifteen plus years. Each year it gets worse. Currently, the wait is over four months to get an appointment with your actual doctor. If you want to see a resident, you can get in within a few weeks, but if you have an ongoing issue and want to be managed by your actual physician, good luck. The phone staff, particularly a person named Beverly, are quite salty and generally unhelpful. They are very frustrating to deal with, and when I speak with someone, I leave the conversation feeling unheard and unsatisfied. My teenager was told it would be several weeks to get an appointment during the onset of the pandemic when she was experiencing depression/mental health concerns. Mercy Family said we could go to urgent care or the ER. I was told they could not see me for over a month when I was concerned I might have a blood clot in my leg. They told me to go to urgent care. I was also given a loooong wait time for an appointment to discuss changing a medicine due to some troubling side effects. My spouse was told four months to see his doctor about a possibly cancerous mole/mark and side effects from a medication. How is this ethical? If you have cold symptoms, even with a negative COVID test, they won’t see you. I asked them what they actually do see people for, what services they provide, and why wait times are so long for appointments if they’re not currently seeing general sickness symptoms. Basically, my impression is that they see people, at their convenience, for maintenance conditions or well visits. If you need any other care, they refer you to Urgent Care or ER. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. You should be able to get help and care from your primary care office! We cannot afford a $200-$500 copay for UC/ER for things like sinus infections, medication changes, or anything that could be covered by a general office visit!!
Do you want a completely inaccessible, unresponsive, and non-communicative healthcare facility? Well, here's the one for you!
My family has been abused by them or, if you prefer, has used them for over a decade. They are awful. Your choices are either spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary tests to be told you are fine, be told “we’ve got this” and then abandoned when you have a health issue, or to be left to a customer service experience that makes Amazon look like the best customer service you‘ve ever had. They actually do not care about you. Move on.
