The RIMI-COR Program at Mercy College is funded by a five-year grant from the National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities, a division of the National Institutes of Health. Members of the program perform basic, clinical, social, and behavioral research, promote research culture and training, and provide education regarding minority health, health disparities, preventive medicine and adaptive behaviors.
The aim of the RIMI-COR Program is to promote minority health and to provide support for research and education aimed at reducing and eliminating health disparities.
