Three out of 4 in the family is under the care of Dr. Lemberger. No regrets with this arrangement less than a year. She is very thorough, pleasant and proactive with her care. The only thing is the waiting but it is tolerable nowadays. I would recommend her as PCP. Staff/reception is not all that bad as noticed in some reciews here. Bloodwork is fast and MyChart is a pain but very useful when it works. Facility is clean, well-lit and conveniently furnitured. Parking is not too bad. The overheaf music is not abnoxious and bery appropriate.

Mostly compassionate staff. Friendly and kind. Unless you valet, parking can be difficult. Especially if you have issues with being ambulatory for any length of time or distance.

Great nurse and doctors, the schedulers kinda suck. I verified our appointments twice and they still screwed up the date the day of the appointment.

Been here before. You enter and the greeters help you get entered into your Doctor's Que. You are seated and given a buzzer which alerts you to go to the proper door. Then you are greeted by an assistant and taken to your exam room. Very efficient

Except your appointment to be an hour or more later than scheduled and doctors who rush your visit because the facility is unstructured and always behind ! The WORST in the county

This is regarding mercy health pain mgmt. Dr Ningegowda obviously believes his patients should sit for hours waitt try big on him just to come to work. You have a 9:15am appt. You arrive early with all paper work pre filled out. Nurses are awesome take you back right away. Assess you in 10 min. then you wait and wait and wait and wait some more until finally at 10:50 when you have lost your patience and any faith in a obviously irresponsible doctor and have another appt to make you finally get up let nurse know how long you have been sitting in there and with no sign of doctor you leave after wasting 2 hours of my morning. I have been with Mercy and my doctor Dr Nichols for years and have never seen such irresponsibility with any other doctors. This is not the first event with this doctor either. When we took my mother-in-law there she also waited a ridiculous amount of time and nurses were quoted saying “he comes to work when he feels like it”. So unless this is brought to someone’s attention I’m afraid many more patients will go through this. I have so learned to appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of Dr. Nichols and the health center. Someone needs to take that professionalism to the pain mgmt center. Sincerely, Sandra Badanjek.

I just love the staff here. Very prompt very friendly soon as I walked In the door boom they were right there. I just got transferred to this facility and I'm impressed. And it is also very clean and well kept. My doctor is great too!

Great place to go for out patient services and the Dr's and nurses are all excellent

My experience here this morning was wonderful! Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and helpful, from the gentleman who took my temperature at the entrance, all the way to my MRI tech. She was so friendly and made my MRI as easy as possible. I will never go anywhere else for imaging again.

I saw Dr. Masternick-Black for lumbar pain in May of this year 2021. I can honestly say I did not care for her at all. She had a very cold attitude the moment she stepped into the room. She showed no compassion for my issues at all. I was also there for my cervical pain because of degenerative bone disease, she replied well you were referred for your lumbar so I am just dealing with that. You would need another requisition and have to come back for that. She did nothing at all to help me and she left me with the feeling that she did not care. Maybe I saw her for 10 minutes at the most. No xrays, no medication, nothing. I have seen other doctors there and they were great but I would never see her again. Crystal Ciavarella
