After referring so many people to this office, I have to write a review. The doctor here is a gift to earth. I waited many years to get a primary and when I did, I left the office several times crying and ready to give up. I so happen to found this office, gave them a call and got me in the next day AS A NEW PATIENT! Since going here I have gotten answers I waited years for. Almost ten to be exact. He is so understanding, patient and excellent at his profession. My anxiety some times takes over my judgment if something is wrong with me, yet he goes above and beyond to still make sure I am okay. I always apologize for taking so much time and I am reminded every time that I matter. I will never go anywhere else regarding my primary care. This is a doctor who will not write you off or put you on the back burner. If you are concerned with your health, go here. Thank you to the entire office for treating me like a human being
I absolutely love this office. Every single person, from dentist to receptionist! VERY professional and kind hearted individuals! I was so terrified to go to the dentist after my last dentist encounter at a different office. I was treated so badly, the entire time I was there I was bawling my eyes out. It truly scarred me. It took almost four years to finally get the courage to go to mercy at st.paul. I was scared going, not knowing how I would be treated. But let me tell you...from the moment I walked in I felt at ease. The women who did my xrays was so thoughtful, kind and made sure I was in NO pain. Then I went for my cleaning, the women who did that was just as kind and caring. Tomorrow I go in to get my top 4 teeth removed to get a partial. I am nervous of course but I know I am in great hands! I can not say enough good about them! I recommend them to anyone that will listen. Especially if you are nervous and anxious about dentists.
I'm such a baby when it comes to the dentist. But, these people are always very gentle. I've never had a bad experience, they are always so kind and respectful when I come in. Definitely the best around in my opinion.
I've been trying to get ahold of someone for a week now for my prescription.... The lady I spoke with today says.... I see it in ur notes u need a refill but ur doing nothing.... Hmmmm not to great of a Dr office when u see a patient needs her prescription and u do nothing but put a note in ur records.... Really....
Great they willing provide interpreter and explain clear what my oral problem. I got real good take care of my gum and teeth. Next appointment I improve with gum care. See they really show . Good reasonable price too.
I love Dr. Galang and the nurses. Rocky and Donna are wonderful people. It is a doctors office you can go to and they actually make you feel like they care so much about you. Dr. Galang always takes his time with you and listens to what you have to say. I can't appraise this office enough for how well they treat their patients.
Really found a doctor that cares finally one that truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Galang. Dr Dishon is just as good as Dr Galang. I am truly impressed at the amount of effort and care that the whole office has for their patients. I had to start going to Dr Dishon because Dr Galang is doing one day a week. I love the staff and both doctors at this office. Thank you.
Don't waste your time here I thought it was a great Dr office at first but the doctors are very unprofessional sometimes the president is easier to get ahold of than these people they said they sent out a referral for me a month ago and after trying to get ahold of them for a week straight by phone I finally went up there and they told me I never even called and gave me the number to the specialist they supposedly referred me to and i called them and the place was all the way in Akron and they said there was never even a referral sent. Some so called Christians right?
Could tell they did not want to accept us because I have an autistic child. She said they would want to draw blood out of him every three months and said a lot more to convince me not to go there. Rocky even went as far as telling me to just go back to my old doctor. I wouldn't be calling for a new appointment if I wanted to return to an old doctor that I had not seen in 2 years +. That and she was very insulting. Upset my entire day.
rude, uncomfortable, unpleasant, untimely fashionextended periods of wait time to see a doctor. The head male is very rude snd seems miserable in his work . i will not recommend this dentist to anybody. Waste of my time
