The mission of the Office of Student Leadership and Service is to develop the knowledge, skills, values, and global awareness necessary to foster leadership and responsible citizenship in a safe and inclusive learning environment. Students and other members of the Meredith community are given opportunities to:
-Develop leadership abilities, grow in their understanding of self, others and community;
-Design and implement programs to enhance social, intellectual, recreational, community service and campus governance involvement;
participate in civic engagement and activities that focus on affecting positive change; and
-Connect to the institution and peers through student organizations;
