Mindfulness Counseling and Mental Health
Meredith Krugel, RN, LCSW offers counseling for children, adults, couples and families. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and is a MSW graduate of Portland State University with over 30 years as a nurse and 11 years of counseling experience working with children adults, couples and families. Meredith offers emotionally focused couples counseling, and conscious uncoupling facilitation. She is open to relationships of all preferences. Meredith offers unique mindfulness based treatment approaches, including Hakomi and EMDR. She has a post graduate certificate in infant-toddler mental health, and also offers counseling for issues of infertility, post partum depression, and perinatal grief and loss.
