Had to visit for back to school sneaker shopping.as my son didn't find anything he like in Hartford or my other son the stores didn't have his size. Found the mall to be less crowded only a few stores. food court was good. Will visit again
Does not have many stores. Does have the pet store with live animals to adopt. Has a small food court. Plenty of parking. Boscovs is the best part of this mall.
This mall is Usually very active and has a fair amount of customers in it on a daily basis. I always love going to eat at the food court when I am there and and any time I have ever use the restrooms they have been incredibly clean. There are many stores here that I just simply love to go shopping in.
I like this mall a lot and I get the fact that a little less then half the stores are closed now unlike before 4-5 months ago which I’m happy about because this mall is slowly growing again after Covid hit. The staff at gentle jungle were really nice and let me see any animal that I wanted to and made sure that I had time to see them. Charlie’s the restaurant had terrible service but really good food. First they would not let me get extra chicken strips, second they cheated my family and third they don’t really care that much about their customers that much. Overall I think this is a good mall to go to and spend time at.
Small is inside is very quiet and desolate. A lot of stores are closed but the store I was looking for was excellent! Great customer service. But specifically about the mall. It's pretty much empty not much going on in there at all.
It's big and beautiful and I love their food Court. I had a horrible experience at the gentle jungle but all the other stores are very nice and welcoming. Me and my two sisters bought some combos at the Tokyo restaurant the boba teas were beautiful and tasty Love the atmosphere but not many stores to choose from like in west farms. So if you're looking for a place that's not so crowded this is the place to go
Used to be my favorite mall to go to about 15 years ago when it was full of stores! Now it's just a run down deserted mall. Bosco's where my daughter works was the only good store worth shopping in!
Seems like the mall is looking a tad empty in some areas, but they still have some stores along with 3 places to eat in the foodcourt
The bathroom was closed when I had to go while being there for an event at the trading card store. They should probably extend hours of operation as per such and clean bathrooms in off hours. Also, doors were closed at the time of my departure and there was no indication of such the security guard was a bit rude when I inquired why as I was embarrassed when told to just try another door. If you can put a sign up for a wet puddle you can make a sign telling a door is closed or invest in automatic doors if the guard doesn't want to be courteous enough to open a door for you.
Not the same when I was younger. Food court was practically empty.... need to invest in more kids related activities. WOW looked cool but was small. Maybe a Toy store but I guess who needs those anymore when all the shopping is done online.
