Local neighborhood pub that's been serving the locals over 75 years. They've been there serving what the neighborhood likes, and will continue that tradition, including the local 4 legged kind.

Great people and place. We held a memorial here and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, we've attended several work parties, retirement parties, etcetera here and it's always been a good time.

Had a great time at a birthday party.

We had a holiday party there for a unit of the hospital. We had catering from another restaurant as the place couldn't handle our large group. However, the place supplied the dance floor, seats, tables and chairs. They also kept the drinks coming and I was surprised at how reasonable EVERYTHING was. I had a Tanqueray and Tonic then a large local IPA for $5 each. Very homey little place. I'd come back here for a drink and some bar food anytime.

just a note: the person who wrote that the owner is as bigot must have mental issues. I've known the owner for decades and he's one of the nicest guys you'll meet. and DEFINITELY not a bigot. that review should be removed.

Best in Plattsburgh. Ordered a neat. Was a triple pour at a remarkably low price. Feels like an old Italian family restaurant. Service unexpectedly friends and professional. Great experience.

Merons is amazing. We leave be this place. So warm and welcoming. The bartenders are always so sweet. The owner is awesome.
