Dr Grant and his staff ROCK! From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with professionalism and concern for my need. The appointment time was exactly the time I was brought to the exam room. Everything was explained and I was given the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered. After the initial review, a well thought out plan was made for me to render a decision on how I wanted to proceed. I now enjoy going to the dentist. My hygienist Candrin is amazing, knowledgeable, gentle and caring. Dr. Grant is the best dentist and cares about his patients. He is gentle and thorough. He doesn’t pressure you into services you don’t need. I highly recommend him. 09/16/2020- Another great check up at Dr. Merrill Grant’s Office. A few new faces but very caring and professional. This office is always very clean and sanitary. I feel very secure having dental work at Dr. Grant’s during this questionable time. 03/16/21 - I love going to Dr. Grant’s Office for my dental checkups. Another great visit. Today my hygienist was Tammy, she was amazing and very, very gentle and personable. Staff in the office is friendly and caring and that helps make a smooth visit. If you haven’t found the right Dentist or are new to the area, I would say to call and make your appointment today. You won’t be disappointed. I now love getting my teeth cleaned. 09/21/21- Another awesome visit with Dr. Grant today. I was actually looking forward to the visit. I enjoy talking with my Hygienist Tammy because she is so caring and is very personable. When you visit Dr. Grant the entire staff gets involved. They work together and have a great system to make your appointment smooth. Ariel works the front desk, assists the dentist and is is very pleasant. She wears many hats. Dr. Grant is an excellent Dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable not only in his chosen field, but about almost any subject you wish to discuss with him. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Grant for 16 years. We have never had a problem after having a dental procedure. Dr. Grant is just a pleasure to be around and his sense of humor keeps us laughing and relaxes us at the same time. He has a great staff who are well trained and very helpful. We know, with Dr. Grant and his staff, we are in good hands when we require any kind of dental procedure. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring a great Dentist!!
I have never been to this dentist. I needed an emergency appointment. They got me in dame day. Checked out the issue, gave me a script for antibiotics. Will be coming back to have the tooth pulled. Every from receptionist to the dentist was absolutely amazing. Great vibes. Glad I found them. They will be my dentist office for yrs hopefully.
Let me start this review by saying that I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists. Dr. Grant and his staff were very accommodating and helpful during my visit. I would recommend anyone who has trouble going to the dentist to try Dr. Grant's office. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with my appointment. Thank you Dr. Grant and your wonderful staff. 10/9/17 UPDATE After having my procedure done and my tooth removed, I can say that I am still very impressed with Dr. Grant and his staff. They have definitely made me a returning patient.
This was my first visit to Dr Grants office. I’m from out of state and just visiting the area when I had a dental issue that required immediate attention. His staff set me up with an appointment and a few days later I was in his office for the procedure. The staff is both welcoming and efficient and Dr Grant is the finest dentist i’ve ever experienced. I only wish his practice was closer to NC and I could have him for all my dental needs. If you need a dentist don’t look any further, he is the best you’ll find.
I've been going to dentists for over 40 years and I never had one call me at home to see how I was doing. Usually the office assistant will call but I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Grants follow up. The personal service from his entire staff was exceptional. I can't remember the last time I went to a doctors office and they didn't make me wait 15 or 20 minutes to be seen. Dr. Grant was waiting on me when I arrived. Just a different level of service. I highly recommend this group of professionals.

I’m fairly new to the area and was seeking a primary dental office that is not specifically catered to being a family practice. Dr. Merrill A. Grant MS, DMD, is that place! Although, I’m sure they help families, this place caters directly to YOU! Dr. Merrill is a professional and passionate dentist striving to communicate with you the analysis on and options for your oral needs. The assistants are also professional and passionate. They made me feel comfortable and calm as a new patient and helped me understand their process and benefits. I would definitely recommend individuals to make an appointment and let them take care of you!
Dr. Grant and his team are by far the best dentist office I have been to. They made my experience of a root canal painless and explained everything step by step making me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend seeing him for any dental needs.
