We had consults at 3 Orthodontists in Wenatchee. Now we are on our 2nd child going through orthodontic treatments at Merrill and Week. They definitely stood out from the rest, with friendly staff, outstanding patient care and genuinely wanting what's best for the patient while listening to parents questions, concerns and goals from treatment. Recommend them to everyone! We also love the in between visits at Chelan huge help for those that travel from up valley and I have to add that Cassidy has treated me like a friend from day one, just love her! She's always so joyful, a little ray of sunshine

After visiting other orthodontists, Dr Merrill and his staff were professional, kind, gentle and made a nervous potential patient feel very comfortable going so far as to give me a stress ball. Also, this orthodontist office was super clean and modern, including 3-D imagining to make a mold of your teeth without all the goopy mess! Offers choices of invisaline, ceramic braces and low profile metal braces.

What a great office! Everyone is friendly and Dr. Merrill is caring and kind. I love how he answers all of our questions. The support staff takes great care of my kids, too. Braces are spendy but they've got great plans that help make payments work for our budget! We're beyond pleased with our choice for orthodontists!

I’m 65 years old and opted for upper braces only, primarily because of cost, but I am so happy with the results Not everyone can appreciate how important this was to me, as I was not afforded braces as a child. The easy flow of appointments and cheerful and very accommodating staff, made this a fun experience! I highly recommend them! I had metal braces, they were easy and fun!

My son is a hockey player living away from home for the season. Dr. Week came highly recommended to us by our local dentist and orthodontist. The office staff was amazing when I set up our insurance patient info over the phone in case he needed to be seen in an emergency. Well, an emergency happened. The office staff was amazing, got me a same day appointment and the process was easy for my son to handle without a parent or guardian. He liked Dr. Week, and our local ortho was happy he was being seen by her and went so far as to text her in case she had any questions about his care. She didn't and was able to help him with no problem. Cannot tell you how much this means to a mother who isn't there to help her child in a pinch.

We LOVE Merrill & Week Orthodontics!! As an adult I got a replacement retainer from them, the impression is usually an uncomfortable process, but they made it so easy and I didn’t even gag usually I do! My daughter also is in the process of braces right now. She loves the staff and they treat her so nicely, and answer ALL her questions!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
