Such a clean & beautiful park. The restrooms are always spotless & the 0.5 mile asphalt track is superb for developing some cross-country skills. Will upload photos later. Also a great playground. Very dog-friendly. The Picnic areas is superb. Playground: Great for bringing your kids. It’s spacious safe & well maintained. I haven’t seen any bullying. Restrooms: Spotless. Always spotless. Also no liter laying around either. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly. Jus’ asked a woman about her german Shepard mixed breed today as I did a 2 mile after-work-walk. No litter has been seen. Picnic area: Spacious. Old. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Yet another place to spend with your little ones. Big playground and lots of activities. Could be crowded but most of the time it alright.
Such a beautiful and serene park with something to do for everyone! Fortunate enough to live so close to it.
Lots of fresh air and there was a lot of people, it was clean. We had a good time.
I always look forward to visiting this park because of the animals. However, I was surprised to see there are no longer any animals. Not a single trace. Sad to see. I wonder what happened. The park has many other amenities such as picnic areas, playground, tennis courts, and restroom facilities. However, it is crowded on the weekends. However, some dog owners do not pick up after their dogs!
Went here just for a walk and found a animal sanctuary here. I got real cool with the ducks. One tried to take my phone as food while getting a shot of them. I hold no grudge. I didn’t get to see Maggie the cow, cause she was being a lazy heifer see what I did there.
A nice park in the Middlesex county. The park is clean, big and has lots of parking spaces available. There were lots of small picnic areas for family and friends alike to sit down and enjoy a meal. The park is good to just walk around or jog and is also pet friendly. There were restrooms available and a nice little area to see animals. Although, there aren’t a ton of animals here but, it’s still a nice touch and kids love them. There were a few courts to play sports like basketball, tennis and a few fields for baseball and soccer. There are slides and playgrounds for kids to play in. Merril park is a nice place to hangout with friends and family and nice way to relax and enjoy the nature.
This park is huge and what i meant by huge is its extremely enormous. Gigantic ! It has kids play areas and not just one but too many kids play areas with wooden structures, swings, slides, climbing frames, trails and so on. What i notices is that its more commercialized as unlike other parks i could see vendors here selling icecreams n stuff. There are multiple picnic spots which is great. The parking space is quite big too and during weekends this place is super crowded.
It was extremely clean and everyone respected each others area.
I love this place. Specifically, the children park is so good which has more activities and big. More no of slides for multiple age kids. Playground: Huge ground and good place for walking.
