Completing my dental treatment plan at Merrimack Smiles has been an incredibly positive experience. Dr. Morris and the entire staff are exceptional. They presented me with multiple options for my treatment, were flexible when unexpected events arose, and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, ensuring I could keep all my appointments. I can confidently say they are the best dental office and staff I have ever had the pleasure of using. My gratitude goes out to them for their outstanding care.
I just moved to Merrimack and established care at Smiles. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. They did a thorough evaluation and intake while making me feel comfortable! Highly recommended.

I had a dental emergency and Merrimack Smiles was covering for my dentist, who was on vacation. They got the call at 4:30 and saw me the next morning at 9:30. I was greeted by Crystal who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Then I met Dr Kapala and she was just as friendly and welcoming. She fixed me up and sent me on my way. Remember, this is not my dentist, but they sure did treat me as if they were. Thank you for helping!
Always so welcoming. From the minute I walk in getting greeted and checked in, my hygienist remembering so much about me. Just absolutely pleasant. I absolutely hated dentists for a few years before starting here and they were made aware and have made every accommodation and actually made my visit’s pleasant.
I highly recommend Merrimack Smiles, especially if you have dental anxiety! I have never felt relaxed at the dentist until now. I have always dreaded appointments and my blood pressure would be out of control. I can now say I’m so relaxed going to the dentist and look forward to my appointments! I want to give a shout out to all of the ladies at the front desk for explaining my treatment plan, Monica for making me so comfortable during my cleanings and Dr. Morris for helping me to be so relaxed while having a wisdom tooth pulled! They are an amazing group of caring, kind people!
I have HATED the dentist my whole life! All the poking and prodding. It HURTS! Then I moved to Merrimack smiles and was met by Dr. Morris. I was blown away. Zero pain. Made sure all steps were taking to cause me no pain. I was blown away. Unbelievable down to earth guy. Fell in love with my Dr. Morris. My next appointment I had Dr. Kapala, and thought to myself “oh no” because the chances of getting TWO Dr’s with the SAME ideals and treatment techniques is almost unheard of. NOT HERE!!!! I can’t speak enough volume on how pleasant this office is. The environment, the atmosphere, the conversation, the CONSISTENCY, the way they treat my kids as well. We couldn’t ask for a better place. We will be here forever! THANKS MERRIMACK SMILES !!!!
Yesterday was my son's third appointment at Merrimack Smiles. He is 2 1/2 and now that he is more aware of brushing his teeth it has become a fun challenge to do at home. I was a little nervous going in how it would go. Chelsea, his hygienist was amazing with him. She was so interactive and patient. She went at his pace and let him take the lead flossing. Chelsea and Dr. Morris made it fun for him to count his teeth, they danced and listened to his cues when he wasn't engaged in his exam anymore. I appreciated their attentiveness. It took the stress that some appointments can have with a toddler away for sure.
These people are the best. They are so nice and very very professional and they make you feel like family. No where from Louisiana to New Hampshire Merrimack Smiles is #1 never use anybody else.
Dr.Morris and his team really are a friendly group that greet me with big smiles and asking me about my family each time ! Dr.Kapala and the hygenist always make me feel comfortable . Highly reccomend this office for your dental needs !
