I have been a patient with Dr. Weiss for about 5 years as he serves as my PCP. He is personable, pays attention to details, and ensures that all questions are answered. The front desk staff is also amazing and very communicative and responsive.
The doctors are great. The front desk staff NEVER answers the phone, not even for so called emergency appointments. It's super annoying. I don't know where the bottleneck is, but I hope this issue is investigated and fixed.
I've been calling this doctors office for 2 weeks trying to get an appointment as a new patient and have not received a call back yet. It's been so long that I've made an appointment with another doctor's office and have an appointment this week.
