It was beautiful scenery and the cabin was adequate for our needs. No extra blanket, so if you got cold you had to wear your coat to bed. I was surprised there was no salt and pepper or foil in the cabin but thought I could buy some at the lodge, 45 minutes from a store, but they didn't have anything like that to buy. You're SOL if you don't bring your own. No shelf in the bathroom to set Anything on, so clean close were on the floor or toilet. The only soap was liquid hand soap. Had to put toiletries in the br. Sink while in the shower. It was fairly clean but the carpet was so disgusting you didn't notice anything but that. We wore our shoes the whole time. I wouldn't stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Mesa Lakes Lodge is a great location for family and friends. The place is for sale and no one manager around that I could see. The cabins are so worn out and in need of many repairs, too many to add. For the money my family spent on the large cabin and one smaller one I feel was way over priced for what we got. But you make do and we had a great family reunion with this location. This property has huge potential…its desperately needs some TLC. Nearby activities: Many hikes and mountain biking trails paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and fly fishing. Walkability: Walk around the lake, walking trails to the lake
We have been going up for years, but this trip they now they have a "smash" burger. So delicious! The servive was so friendly and quick!! They also offer fresh fired pizza now which we will be trying next visit!Service: 5/5
We stayed in a little bungalow. They gave us 2 options we chose one and they told us the other one had a better view. They were right. Bonfire and the owners sang and played guitar. Was amazing! I didn't stay in the cabins. Just dropped in for a beer. Service was good. Cool atmosphere. My kind of place. It's worth visiting. I knew I wasn't in Florida. Food & drinks: Didn't eat just a few beers. Cool place !!
Talk about a pristine view with pristine food! Our server was on top of drinks and order taking as we took in the sight if the lake just a short walk from the resteraunt, and the hikes close by make it a full day's adventure. We will be returning soon!Rooms: 5/5
Mesa Lakes Lodge is a down home place to have a beer with a friend or a gourmet meal. The lemon earl gray tiramisu was light and yummy. Don’t miss the Mother’s Day celebration tomorrow with live music. It’s really a fun time don’t miss it.

Ate there for lunch, staff was very nice. View is great! The burgers were dry unfortunately, was not impressed with the food
