Meshugge (in Yiddish means crazy) CrossFit is located within the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. Our box has access to an indoor and outdoor pool for swim WOD's as well as a 1/10th of a mile indoor track, two stories worth of running stairs and so much more. The J is a full service, state of the art fitness facility and Meshugge CrossFit is a wonderful community built within an already wonderful community center.
CrossFit training is functional movements done at high intensities. It is important that you take the intensity level and define it for yourself based on your athletic and fitness levels. This program is for anyone wanting to take it to the next level, get in shape or would just like to switch up their routines. It includes all modalities of training (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics movements and metabolic conditioning) and can be scaled to meet an athletes needs.
