Everything is in pretty good repair. Bit of trouble with wasps chewing on the wood inside the shelter house. The roof was dripping a bit inside. I think it was from condensation. Overall a nice place for a semi-outdoor get together.
We rent this shelter every year for our annual Halloween party. It is always clean and the people are easy to work with.
No toilet inside but there's a portable potty. It looked scary something from a horror movie. It has plenty of tables.
it was very nice. It was clean. Plenty of parking. Will definitely Rent shelter again.
With the exception of some frisbee golfers, it's a nice place to take a sandwich and have lunch
It's no Taj Mahal, but it's everything you need for a great event.
This is a wonderful place the most beautiful Park in Evansville by far the middle of the woods right in town....
