I have been coming here since 2002 when I moved to Dallas.  My original dentist retired and I have not skipped a beat.  The service, care etc has not gone down at all.  Great location, clean, proficient and caring.

I got a cleaning and a filling done here at this office, and everyone was so nice. Julie at the front desk, to Christy cleaning my teeth and Macy assisting the doctor with my procedure! Highly recommend this office!!

This is probably the best office in town.  The two wonderful ladies at the front Julie & Macy will put you to ease the moment you walk in. The lobby has a coffee bar and is nicely furnished. Julie, the manager was able to answer all my financial and insurance questions and was able to schedule me to my convenience. When you walk inside, everything is so clean and smells good. It is something you want when you are getting work done on your teeth. Dr.Vasquez is very knowledgeable and well experienced.  Every case is meticulously addressed and she will make sure you are happy before you leave the office. I got my dental cleaning with their Hygienist Christy. There was no pain! She is so good at what she does and definitely had me comfortable the whole time. The best thing is that nothing felt rushed and I felt like I was with family the whole time. This is huge! I highly recommend this office to my family members and friends.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. This Office really is genuinely friendly. My concern is I’ve had 3 different dentist and hygienist since I started going there. Maybe 4-5 years. That really concerns me. For the first time in my life my mouth hurt for two days after my cleaning.  I’ve been consistent with my cleanings,  going to appointments as scheduled. Also I was expecting a follow up call for an estimate on a crown resealing or replacement and it’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing.

My cleaning went great . I had no waiting to be called back and office staff was very friendly.

I went there because I had an infection/abscess above one of my teeth. The dentist confirmed I had an infection and told me that my previous root canal needed to be redone. Okay. But when it was time to leave  a young lady called me over to go over a plan they “they” thought would be good for me. They totally ignored what I kept telling. They wanted me to let them put a crown on a tooth that was not bothering me at all. I told the young lady that , no, I do not want a crown on that particular tooth, and that I told them earlier and pointed the tooth out that I was interested in getting a crown on. But they totally ignored what “I” wanted. Needless to say, I will not go back to them again. Maybe they’ll start listening to the patient eventually, or lose prospective patients.

Loved it here! Ashley my new favorite hygienist was super nice and very comforting. I have high anxiety going to the dentist, but she definitely has changed that for me. Overall, the staff were all so nice. I can't wait for my next cleaning!

Very kind and helpful staff!  I wish the dentist were more stable

One front counter lady was polite and professional. Dentist was the same way. Unfortunately, the other lady I dealt with before leaving had a terrible chip on her shoulder and can’t figure out how to treat a client with respect.  After evaluation I wanted to know if they had found any cavities or not, as it was not mentioned to me at all. So, I asked before leaving and instead of simply answering my question, this woman has the nerve to tell me “she did go over it but you just weren’t listening”.  The funny thing is, even if I wasn’t listening, they can still be polite to their clients and answer the question again if someone asks. I just like to be treated the way I treat my customers, and I certainly don’t mouth off to them.  We were referred to this place by family and we were all shocked. You just don’t tell customers ‘you weren’t listening’. Not if you want to keep them, anyway. Congratulations- you just lost 4.

The staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
