I truly can't express enough of how grateful we are to have Joe, Michelle and the staff help us through the loss of our daughter, Abby. The service, compassion, and care that was shown to us through this very difficult time made everything come together beautifully. We were literally brought to tears when we watched the video montage made for us. When we saw the wreath made for her Urn, we were speechless of how perfect it was for her. We couldn't have put it all together without their love and strength. All questions, concerns, or changes we needed made, they answered and handled all, without hesitation, so we had no stress added to our day/weeks of grieving. Thank you for everything that you did to help us honor and send off our girl.

In November 2021, my family chose Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home for my grandfather’s funeral services. We had used this funeral home previously for services in the past, which is why we chose them again. The funeral director who helped us with the planning was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff members offered ways to personalize the service, including a beautiful slideshow tribute that captured many of our fondest memories of my grandfather. All we had to do was supply the pictures, and the funeral home took care of the rest. In addition, the cost was less than expected. Overall we had a positive experience, and we would highly recommended Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home to other families who unfortunately find themselves requiring such services.
