shout out to Damon for the follow-up call. No one has done that before with metro. He called to let me know they had a phone in and I didn't even ask him too. Even though I bought it from another location I just want to acknowledge his customer service

I recent bought a week ago a new usb cord for my iPhone 6 Plus and when I got home to charge it it wouldn’t charge. The sold a fake iPhone usb that costed me $20 which wasn’t even worth it. I called them to tell them about it and they said we can’t do refunds. Never again will I buy anything from this store.

I’ve been going to this store for a while even though there are other metro stores closer to me… Both of the employees I’ve interacted with were super helpful.

Did you know that Metro T-Mobile not all locations offer MoneyGram? I didn't and went well out of my way to access a location. Nonetheless when I Googled it I was mis-led So now we know!!!

This is the only store I go to they have great customer service skills and they get you in and out really fast.

They are always so helpful I had a problem with my phone and the guy there fixed it and he didn't charge me.
