Will change rating if resolution is reached - waiting on district manager call back. Upgraded phone. Was told cost would be 230.00 but had to go through their new finance smart pay to get the discount. I had been told the phone was initially 600.00. They were giving me a discount on the screen protector and case total of 42.00 and waiving some fee. I was told I had to pay a device fee of 20.00 and a down payment of the phone of 69.00. I was then told if I paid off the phone prior to 90 days there would be no additional fee or interest. Called to pay my phone off and I was told the total financed was over 400.00 and they were charging a 20% fee and taxes so total billed was 525.00. the store charged me double for the screen and case and sent the 20.00 that I paid in store fee over to be financed so I'm paying the fee twice a plus the 20% and taxes on it. finally got them to print a reciept. They billed me 289.00 307.00 after taxes for the phone not 230.00 that they initially said. They told me they could only give me store credit for the over charge on case and glass. Called other metro stores and have been told the same phone is 230.00 and not 600.00 before any discounts. So $230 retail is now going to cost me $525.00.
Tania was great, she answered all my questions clearly and made my visit easy, great service from her. I will definitely recommend the store.
When I paid my bill in March it was credited to someone else's else's account . I tried to get it fixed for over 3 weeks while t mobile was harassing us for a payment and shut our phone down for half a day. Finally we were told that the Blackfoot store is the only corprate store in South East Idaho. So we made the trip up there. Kevin greeted me and I asked for the manager immediately. He was patient and showed real concern for my problem. He relayed the message to his manager and finally ,Kalston Knight came out and told me he would take care of this. Before we got home the evening g he had text me and told me the payment had been credited to our account. He represented T Mobile fast and efficiently. Thanks again. I was at the end of my rope, mu next step was charging t mobile with fraud and going to the better business bureau. I had spoke to 6 specialist on the phone, the manager where I made the payment 3 times and am associate at another store and non of them helped me. Kalston and Kevin at the Blackfoot store are the best. I highly recommend taking any problems to them Sincerely Kristina Murphy
Upgraded my phone yesterday and of course they had no cases no screen protector and now the screen is crack cause I dropped it what is the point of the store
These guys have the worst phone service I've ever experienced in my life!!! I switched from cricket for one month just to check these guys out and went right back to cricket as soon as that month of service was up! Cricket actually treated me so good wheni came back! They bought the crappy phone metro had given me for free by taking shoo much off my new phone! And they gave me a way better plan coming back then i had with them before or that metro had offered me!
JOSHUA was very helpful, he got us out of here very quick and he was very unique. SUPER KIND GIVE HIM RAISSEEEE!!!!
Location is under new ownership as of March 2020! Go inside and visit them! New staff, much more organized, OPEN WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE! If you've not come previously because of these reviews, come see the new team and let them wow you!
Josh good assistance phone was dead I need to get my service updated.
Giving them 1 star is not true it should be no stars I bought 2 brand new phones and took one back within their return policy date, like literally 2 days and they wouldnt return my money at all and were rude like I was the issue Never going there again
tania was amazing had me in and out with new phones and a great plan within 20 mins def will come back again
