Keep receipts, pay attention to your charges. They stole $75 cash deposit from me, then charged my card for another $50. Tim is the Manager who keep stealing. He will always say there's an extra charge on the room but they go back in the system and change the charges. He harrassed me for an extra $25 to check back in and claim it was another deposit. $150 im out of for "deposits." They change manager every few months. No weekly amenities at all. Roaches everywhere, maintenance takes forever, and a lot of drug dealing
Location is fine, but staff and service are about what you might expect from this type of hotel. Unless your in a financial pinch I would keep on going.Rooms: 1/5
If I could give no stars I would. I stayed here for 1 month. The worst place to live. The rent was 500.00 a week. The first room I was in had water coming out of the floor. I was moved to another room the was infected with mold. I inform the manager Mike and he was very nonchalant about the matter. I had shoe and clothes that was molded and he told me that that was my problem not the hotel. The pillows and dresser were also full of mold
New to GA & had to find somewhere while I wait for my condo to be ready and came across this Extended Stay & I have to say I’m not please one bit . The worst wifi connection I’ve ever experienced. It says Newly Renovated rooms, if this is newly renovated then I don’t want to see what it was like before.
Roaches alittle, but overall decent rooms and quite
The elevator doesn't even work, just ghettoRooms: 1/5
BEWARE......... you will have a serious roach infestation accompanied with bed bugs... the management is very rude and disrespectful. She likes to talk down on ppl lacks professionalism and has no customer service skills. You are not allowed to complain if something in your room is messed up or of the roaches and when u do u are asked to leave the property. This has happened to several guest while I was there. The late night security guards treat u as if your in a prison camp and will tell u to go in your room like your a 12 yr old. It is over priced and unkept.... STAY AT THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Stood outside a hour in the freezing cold in line with others just so they very unprofessional man with glasses at the desk could tell myself and my family there are no rooms and it’s $480 weekly if I ever stay here. The Maintance man staired at me so hard it was disrespectful and they all look like they are on drugs. Wow
I pass this place monthly, going to see my dermatologist. I needed a room for a week only, and it looks nice and clean, quiet so I charged the room. Huge mistake, because it is not only a hotel, but a low income apartment building. It was so noisy! Kids having no where to play, played inside. Other "residents" actually thought they had personal parking spaces so I always felt I was taking someone's parking space. The acoustics in this place is horrid. Unfortunately for me I was placed between two rooms that had children running and jumping, all day, all night. I just wanted a peace place to live for a week. They had the nerve to charge me 300 bucks to live in a old dumpy room. There was no curtains, no flat screen TV, no continental breakfast, no cups, no ice, old mattress set, the cheapest toilet paper I have ever used, housekeeper only came once a week. This place was the worst. Beware, it is not a hotel, it's a Section 8 apts in disguise!
The staff are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are basic, bed chair, small table, 2 eye cooktop sink and cabinets. It's not the Ritz but it's quiet safe and gives people a good place that's has a very reasonable cost. The location is very convenient to shopping and close to hospital. Only drawback is MARTA bus is about a half mile walk. Everyone there was wonderful to me and after the trama of having my apartment illegally taken from me, the staff took a lot of that pain away from me. For that I am eternally grateful.
