In addition, MFIM serves as our client’s expeditor to facilitate the documentation stipulated by the FDNY Code Enforcement Unit to remove violations by the cure date. As a result, our clients do not have to attend FDNY Violation Hearings, and avoid thousands of dollars in violation fees.
