I learned very quickly that having a competitive estimate comes at a very steep price. I contacted Metro Lakes weeks before my project. First I was told he was leaving town on my first preferred date of work. No problem. Then he tells me a date that works for him. We set it up so it can work around his schedule. Next comes another email that he has been offered an out of town job and that he will be gone for 3 weeks. Great. He works it out so he can come at a more inconvenient time for me but the job will get done. Finally the day before at 8:51 pm he emails me which I don’t see until the next day mind you that he has some work to finish up before he goes on that out of town job. So my job isn’t worth his time. Well I had many other electrical needs that would’ve made him plenty of money. This guy is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t stick to a timeline. If you commit to a job 3 times you should go and do the work.

I contacted Brett on a colleagues recommendation and it was a great decision. We called three other companies in the area and Brett was the only one to communicate effectively and follow through. We had a deadline and all expectations were exceeded. Thanks Brett and metro lakes electric!
