I only use my phone when I need to, I'm not stuck on my phone like most ppl. But you can do better, half the time I sent a message it fails, if I used my phone constantly like some ppl, I'd be really dissatisfied, supposed to be 5g, well it's not any better than anything else. You always gotta pay more than what something is worth today, so I'm not surprised. Just letting you know, you aren't the best... I deal with it cause it isn't that important to me, but I would like calls and text to go through at least. Banking off other towers, it's to be expected that's the way the corporate world works...
This is the worst mistake I’ve ever made with cellular service. This is the slowest network and absolutely worst service I’ve ever had. The only thing good is the Amazon Prime membership. Other than that I’ll be changing back to AT&T very soon. I had sprint when it was bought out by T-Mobile. I’ve had nothing but horrible service since!!
I moved here from another state with At&t service. My phone was old and my service here was horrid. Went to Metro got myself and fiance new phones. We got great service [UNLIMITED*] and Amazon Prime I was already paying for it...separately Oh and did I mention I am saving money on my monthly bill now too!!! We are extremely satisfied customers!!! We have been to both stores in Frankfort and the workers have been amazing all around. Kudos!!!
Major is AWESOME! Helped my family out with billing issues, very knowledgeable about phones and services, very honest about plans and pricing. Have been very pleased with him and kinda refuse to go to any other store but his LoL
"Hey" Pam here. Come to this location and talk to the manager Major he is super informative, and helpful. I'm 60 now and i don't know that much about phones but i know this, He has helped literally cut my phone bill to half of what it use to be. MetroPCS has been so good to me, i'm honestly wondering if other carriers have robbing there customers. i have unlimited fast data now that use to cost me. all i can say is hes made it worth it.
WARNING! THIS STORE IS STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS!!! I added a line of service to the 2 lines I already have. I wanted to port in a landline number which at first they said wasn't possible. That wasn't a blantant lie. After 15 years working in wireless, I've ported several landline numbers. It's takes a bit longer. The truth is they don't want to do it because they can't verify the port is complete before you leave the store. After explaining the Metros website says the landline numbers are eligible, they finally proceeded with the port request. The plan for that phone is $20 a month. I made sure to add the line on my billing due date so I wouldn't incur any proration making the service payment $20 plus taxes. Next, there is an activation fee of $15 and finally the phone was free with a port. The total should have been no more that approximately $40. The rep gave me a total of $60 with change. I asked why and was given some mumbo jumbo about the first bill being higher. No! This is prepaid not postpaid. Nevertheless, I paid and left. At home, I opened the bad and no receipt. I knew something was amiss. I logged onto Metro's website and behold a receipt from the activation in PDF. According to it my total was $39.02, exactly as I had predicted. So where did the $60 and change bill come from? I'll tell you.... I was charged for something like a case for 19.99. The tax would make the cost. $21.20. 21.20 added to $39.02 is exactly what I was charged!! I'm going to the local authorities as well as the county attorney on Monday. I'll update with resolution.
I have never had such an awful experience as I have had with the Versailles Rd store. I have been told "tomorrow" for over a week now about getting an iPhone, I've been lied to from the owner about it as well. This has to be the absolute most unprofessional bunch in the cell phone industry. Just disgusted!
Had a sucky experience.because I'm already a metro customer.i don't qualify for the family plan.so i have to pay an extra$50 a month. Im going with Boost next month.I'll get 4 phones for $100 .now I'm paying$110 for 3. Once metro gets you as a customer.you no longer matter to them.they just want your money. Mike Allen
I never knew Frankfort had metroPCS. I switched to Sprint and ended up switching back. This is a Beautiful store, the people are nice and it smells AMAZING TOO. I give them 2 thumbs up
