The staff and manager is very rude, didn’t help me successfully port in to the new phone and refuse to refund. Please avoid this store.
I really used to LOVE this store when I first came over from Verizon, 5 years ago, to get the 2 Free Phone Deals when we came from a different carrier. We picked up 2 ZTE Z982 Phones which were really nice. The staff was friendly AND knowledgeable at that time. I don't know what happened after that though :- New management? New Employees? Take over from T-Mobile? Things changed for the worse and the staff seemed to get lazy? A few years ago, I upgrade our ZTE phones to Moto G Stylus Phones. The staff was different and did not seem to knowledgeable on the product, when I was trying to compare phones. A year later, I went to this store twice to try and get some answers and some requirements taken care of and the lady there said I needed to go to the Dublin "Corporate Store" to get my requests taken care of. I asked, "Really?!" The tech support on the phone said I could take it to any Metro PCS Dealer to take care of my issues/requests. Apparently not in this case. So, per the lady at the Livermore store, I went to the Metro PCS store in Dublin and the staff there were the total opposite! They were all friendly and answered all my questions! Especially when I asked if the Livermore store should have been able to take care of my requests. They all said YES! Well, apparently the Livermore store did not get the memo, or was not trained to take care of my request, or were told wrong. I cancelled my service with MetroPCS because of that. I did have 2nd thoughts though, because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Dublin Store. Anyways.. this was just my experience. I hope no one else goes through the same.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, got my number transfered quickly and clearly explained the policies. They also had someone who spoke Spanish who I didn't speak to.
The Livermore Metro on Portola is Awesome The Manager, I forgot her name, is so helpful, every Question I ask is Answered to the fullest. AWESOME METROPCS Store. I give it 5 STARs.
Laura was very helpful in switching me over to Metro PCS. Now I am saving $ and I can pay my bill there if I want or on line.
Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have the best deal for phone cases
worst metropcs store in Livermore over charge you and never help you until you buy a new phone and then when you go back for help they ignore you and tell you the heck with you.
Used to like this place but no stock.
