Stopped by this location a few days ago for the very first time. Needed help finding the right phones for my family and I, as well as switching carriers. I am very pleased to say that I did just that! The overall service I received here was nothing short of outstanding, the staff member was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Also, the store is immaculate and setup so wonderfully. I am very happy with my bill : Thanks for helping me make the switch with your exceptional prices, you have exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommended!!
I am not that much a tech person, and was very impressed with how they answered all my questions and set up my phone, letting me know what was being done so that I understood all that he was doing. Ryan was truly great to work with and my wife and I will tell any one that is in the market the great service that we received. Thanks for all you did looking forward to working with you in the future.
NEW MANAGEMENT turned this store 180 degrees. I was very pleased with my experience at this location. The general mangers Fade, and Tim, are GREAT!! They switched my plan, lowered my bill, upgraded my phone, and gave me an amazing deal on accessories in 22 minutes flat. Yes i timed it I will definitely be coming back, and would recommend this store to anyone.
Went to buy my phone and the guy was super helpful, held the phone I wanted for me over the phone until I could get there on my lunch break. He was helpful while purchasing, offered cases and screen protectors, I initially didn't want because they are overpriced on that stuff. He convinced me to get the screen protector and I figured it was fine because they usually apply it for you and it's perfect. After leaving with my phone I notice there's a huge bubble in the protector and the entire middle of my phone looked like plasma swirls of green and purple. So I took it back hoping he could fix it and he tries telling me all the new screen protectors do this. I know that's not true. Then accuses me of having buyers remorse and slaps my money on the counter and the screen protector on the floor. I didn't have buyers remorse, I just need to be able to see the screen on my phone! If they are applied correctly they shouldn't make half your screen look like plasma.
Guy at the store was very helpful, also gave me a water and my son a pop and a bag of chips cause it was really hot out. He took good care of me as I upgraded my phone and took time to switch my contacts and pics to my new phone. It was one of the better overall experiences I've had at a metro store
My mother came in here to switch her phone to an old phone that we had and they actually gave her a pretty solid upgrade at a really good price. Much better than the old phone that we had. I mean the phone they sold her was still a little ancient in its own regard but it's for my mom so I'm excited.
Very nice. Super helpful. I have smart watches I was trying to find Sim cards for. Although they didn't have anything in my price point, he tried very hard. And was super nice about it.
Very helpful! I had an issue with my pay by phone and he not only squared that away but hooked me up with a new screen protector at a discount! My go to from now on!
Manager doesn't know all the products and how to use them properly. New but not updated and manager needs more training. He does not know how to activate or transfer or alot of things that Mike can do at the other metro pcs store which I recommend off of airport road and m-59. Great experience with him.
Buyer beware. Manager and owner overcharge. They charge what they call "taxes on the retail value" of their phones. A $50 phone might cost you $50 + $24 "tax" $400 @ 6%. It is illegal, but they admitted to doing this as a general practice, every transaction. Check your receipt. Ask questions. Remember Metro PCS DOES have a return policy.
