Metro Stars Gymnastics

My daughter really enjoys her time in the gym at Metro Stars. We have had good experiences with the coaches. It would be nice to see the beginner girls coaches give the kids a little more 1:1 attention because I don't always feel like my daughter is advancing her skills to her full potential. They're the experts, though, and in the end, I am not expecting Olympic-level work from my 8 year old.

My daughter is enrolled here and loves it! She has been in two levels of classes and both coaches have been patient and helped her advance quickly. It is always clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. If you have a child interested in gymnastics, I would recommend Metro Stars every time!

Our son had been away from competitive gymnastics for a couple years and was able to get started again at Metro Stars. The whole staff has been amazing, but especially his coaches who have worked with him to regain his skills in such an encouraging way. Very positive environment.

We love Metro Stars! Our 2 oldest love coming to gymnastics each week! The coaches are great- the stations and skills they are learning are spot on! Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Metro Stars for about almost 4 years now and she loves it! Our youngest son has joined her in going as well and he is on his 2nd year and he enjoys it as well!

Mr V and coaches at Metro Stars are amazing! The family atmosphere, clean facility and top notch equipment make Metro Stars a fantastic place to train. My 7yo came in and trained with the women’s team over a holiday break. She had so much fun with the team girls and the coaches were super friendly and made her feel right at home. We will for sure be back to visit!

My son has been going for a few months now and loves it. I don't know how they do it with all those kids, but it's a well-oiled machine! Highly recommend.

Our daughters LOVE Metro Stars. One takes the tumbling and trampoline class and both frequently attend Open Gym on Friday nights. We have also hosted our daughter's birthday party at Metro Stars. The thing I like most is the staff; they are all well trained and make it a fun experience for the kids. At my daughter's birthday party there was one child who was reluctant to participate; the staff didn't give up and eventually he was having a blast with the rest of the group. Even at Open Gym nights, the staff are engaged with the kids; teaching them and making sure everyone is having fun. You will never see them sitting around on their phones or just chatting with each other. We love this place!

I love the coaches and the facility! My son is 5 and has been there for a year and a half. He has the best time in the all-boys class taught by Coach Kyle, who has a great way of encouraging them and getting them to do their best. All the staff that we have met there are so nice and supportive of the kids!

I love the enthusiasm and motivation the coaches and staff provide. Coach Cash is very positive and supports/encourages everyone in the class. He creates an environment that promotes team work but encourages individual growth. My 4.5 year old loves it!
