Please call 972-484-8444 between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday to schedule a medical appointment. Services provided for those age 16 to 65.
Our Day Clinic, which provides medical home care to those with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, thyroid disease. Namrata Babaria, MD, Board-certified Internal Medicine physician. We also have a strong Well-woman program staffed by 5 prominent volunteer gynecologists who serve with our clinic. We also have several specialty clinics with appointments available as a referral from our Day Clinic.
