I retained M&W in a malpractice case, where Dr Micciche mutilated my foot and ankle, leaving me handicapped for life.  M&W strung me along for months after the papers were signed,  and a couple weeks before the statue of limitations expired to file suit against Micciche.  The were bullied, and backed out. Leaving me injured for life, not only taking away my mobility, but the nerve damage from the surgery is causing numerous health problems,  my lungs, kidneys and on...   I face a lift time of ongoing health problems and medical bills that were caused by medical malpractice.  I recently filed bankruptcy to get rid of 46,000.00 in unpaid medical bills from the surgery, and I start a new pile of bills for the ongoing health problems.  I am not capable of working more hours to pay for the injuries inflicted on me.  M&W let me down  they did not live up to their name,  and certainly not their commercials.  they may have some good wins,  but backing out of a medical malpractice case like this,  where the surgery was so severe, Is unprofessional, unjust.  It's wrong. I now have to go to New Jersey for a specialist.  the damage and injury i suffered at the hands of Dr Micciche can not be reversed.  the hardware is embedded in bone,  hardware fusing my foot and ankle in an awkward position, staples in other bones are broken.  again, not fixable.  the specialist who detailed the ex-rays comment was, "Who did this to your foot"?  M&W injured me as much as Dr Micciche did. Next stop public assistance?  I deserve that?  Can I sue M&W for the injuries they inflict? Last name  Manges to date 12/26/17, I can not put my foot on the floor, and I can not get my foot in a shoe. I wear a mans shoe to accomadate the brace that holds my foot together  The notice cancelling my case came on your letterhead. And I started getting threatening phone calls after you cancelled my case, so I got rid of that phone number.  and one more fact,  You approved and took on this case AFTER receiving my medical records.  I gave them to you.  You didn't have to ask anyone else for them.  Can I sue M&W for my injuries?

I'd give less if possible they take a case but when the case is done and u need them when u have problems with the same case years later being there is no more money to be made they cant be bothered with u and a no nothing  intern calls u back and cant finger it out because she has no experience or knowledge...

I’m a 35 year old with heart failure and Parkinson’s and they declined to assist me in a disability case because I’m too young and this a judge is not likely to find me disabled.
