I love this urgent care, one of the receptionist Lama , is very friendly and treats me like family. All of the staff are amazing, Dr’s really listen and the in house pharmacist is very knowledgeable and willing to communicate with your physician.
After coming here I believe this is a amazing place all thanks to Lama. She made me super comfortable throughout the whole visit and went out of her was to insure I received the best care and a few laughs. Thanks Lama!! Good job amazing
The customer service here is impeccable. Lama introduced herself at the front window, was very kind and asked all the right questions to get me in and out quickly. She was very friendly and professional. Leah took my vitals and X-ray for me. She was thorough, fast, and kind through the whole process. Thank you ladies for getting me in and out and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
I ended up at this urgent care randomly after experiencing some serious pain in my ears and throat. My son had given me pink eye and a not so fun virus that had my whole body aching. Upon entering the urgent care, I was greeted very kindly by the young ladies behind the desk. Lama, Lean, and Noha were very sweet and friendly and proceeded to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for as they checked me in to see the doctor. The girls were very personable and chatted with me as I waited to be seen by the doctor. When Dr. Asad saw me, he was very kind and caring as well. He was also very thorough and made sure to ask a lot of questions. I really enjoyed his bedside manners. Thankfully, he was able to treat my condition with the right medications and get me home quickly. I was also impressed to receive a follow up call a few days later checking to see how I was doing. I am def not used to that kind of care from an urgent care. I will def be returning to MG.
By far the best urgent care ever! Very clean and has AMAZING STAFF!!!!!! I went in for a headache that lasted a month, went into this urgent care for not even 20 minutes, was seen so quickly and left feeling back to my self! Totally recommended
If you need urgent care asap, look no more and just drive here. Dr. Asad, Lama, and the whole crew are SUPER FREAKING AWESOME and TRUE PROFESSIONALS in their area of expertise. I don’t know every girls’ name there, but every single one was a rockstar. Special thank you to the girl that let me ramble to her while she stabbed me with a needle. I was hurting. Appreciate it! I don’t normally post Google Reviews, but they have taken such good care of my family that I was definitely going to leave one. My wife had her hand bit by one of our dogs on accident pretty bad about a year ago. Dr. Asad stitched her up and did the best he could. It was kinda gruesome, but her injury healed very well over time due to his precision with the stitches and her care that day. My mother took a very hard fall while she was walking that got her face bruised up and her head swelled up a bit. They were patient with her and took their time with everything on her face to get the bruising to heal. They took X-rays to be safe and did all of the standard things you would expect from a very well established doctor’s office. I went in for kidney stones recently and they were very helpful with me. They took the time to help analyze my situation, get all of the x-rays I needed, and to help me through to the next steps like a great doctor would. Thanks again. Will recommend you guys forever.
I love this urgent care! It’s been my go to for about 2 years now. The doctor is very friendly and so are the staff. I’ve been countless times for my son and I. The doctor knows exactly who I am and everyone makes me feel like family! Today, Lama assisted me and she was great!
This is the only Urgent care I go to. Doctor. Asad is very caring and makes sure to fully examine everything that is wrong and does not rush me. He's very kind and and so are the Nurses. The 2 girls Lama and Fatima are absolutely amazing and so incredibly sweet. I feel like I'm talking to friends and I'm not just in a clinic that makes you feel awkward. They go above and beyond, including the kind pharmacist.
The only urgent care my family goes to now. Seriously never met a front desk as polite and caring as the staff working here. The doctor is amazing and always listens to all your concerns. The pharmacy is also in the same building which makes everything so efficient and easy after the visit as well. I almost didn't make this review because I'm selfish and don't want it to get too busy here. They deserve the honest review though. My kids my husband and myself all come here. Never wait more than 15-20 minutes to be seen. Never going anywhere else for urgent problems.
Dr El-Khalil saved my foot! I am a diabetic and had an injury to my foot with a horrible infection. It was during COVID-19 and they called him back to the hospital in the middle of the night. I became his patient from then, and I trust no one else with my feet. Love the office staff!
