Good beer selection. I really appreciated the one cashier ringing up on both registers. There were only a couple customers in line but he was swapping back and fourth to get everyone checked out quickly. Saves us all some time, good stuff.
High prices and mediocre beer selection. They have some of the right breweries but don't have the good beers from those breweries. It's like the buyer has no clue what they're doing.
It was a variety of products and it was very clean and the service was really nice and the employees were very friendly
Closes over 5 minutes early. Plenty of time for someone to run in and grab one item. Will be shopping elsewhere.
Friendly cashiers, never a bad experience here. Sometimes I would like to ask questions on types or availability of other alcohols and no one seems to know any answers. Other than that it's good.
This establishment has the absolute WORST, unfriendly and frankly strange cashiers of any liquor store I've ever been too. I tell everyone I can to stay away. Seriously guys if all u can find is a minimum wage job maybe find something where you don't have to deal with people ...like cleaning toilets or whatever options u have. I would really avoid this place if I were you. AND over the top, ridiculous prices. Like let's charge 3.00 more then everybody else cuz we are cool cuz we are uptown.. Uptown is not a hot spot anymore. Duh
Staff is allowed to fabricate lies in order to fulfill their personal vendettas. Barely said two words to these people and am being refused service. Horrible customer service
They have a variety, their wines are my favs.
Super convenient! Shopping at MGM is so easy and they always have what I'm looking for. It's so much less stressful than shopping at those big liquor stores and the prices are the same if not lower. Everyone who has helped me there in the past has been really friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I've shopped at MGM I have had a great experience! Plus they have been in business for 50 years!
I teach mixology classes I like this place because it's local, and has a good selection, even if it's not the cheapest. I've had great conversations with some of the younger guys who worked at night well used to work here not sure if they still do Today I went in and I couldn't find where the bitters/vermouth were. I kept walk around looking for it, right in front of the registers, wandering back and forth. The 2 older gentleman working didn't bother to stop their conversation to ask if I was finding everything or needed help. The one guy looked right at me and then went back to his conversation... I had to walk up to them, interrupt their conversation to ask where the vermouth was... I'm sorry but for not having the cheapest prices around, and having no other customers to be helping, you would think customer service would be better. I'll start getting the things I need for teaching my classes some where else.
