A gentle man at this facility tried to scam me, I went to replace my key and key fob as the screw that holds everything in place broke. My key worked perfectly fine before going there. When he tried to turn on my vehicle with the new key it wouldn’t start he began to say that I needed to replace my cylinder. Which I knew he was trying to take advantage of me something just didn’t seem right cause he even accused me of saying he was trying to scam me. My family has been doing business with them for years and it’s unfortunate they have people working their that don’t care about their customers. A different gentle re-did my key and my car turned out with no issues, I told him so that other guy was trying to scam me he said “I’ll have a word with him about jumping to conclusions” Imagine if I was one of those person who trusted these people so lightly. I would’ve been scammed out of my hard earned money. I will not be doing business with them anymore. If you go please be wary of them.

Lazy people! I needed them to come to me for an ignition switch and they wanted me to drive all the way over there to the store with my truck having an electrical shortage and ugh just simply lame lazy people... Get some one else to do the job before calling these... A waste of time!

Someone tried to steal my Hyundai needed my ignition lock cylinder took out. They arrive very promptly, and got straight to business. Didn’t take them long at all maybe 30mins at the most.
