This place is a breath of fresh air. I was traveling south towards Miami from Jacksonville and I needed to eat a real meal. This place is right out of a Latinos kitchen. Absolutely delicious with great prices and a ton of options to choose from. This place was clean and service was terrific. I cannot wait to eat here again.Food: 5/5
My family stopped in for lunch on the way to Orlando and was blown away at how good the food was at this restaurant. We started off with the Shredded-Beef Empanada. I had the Cubano sandwich, and we also ordered a Cuban Hamburger and Cuban Steak with Chicken Soup and Yuca. We all sampled off of each others plates, and we all were very impressed. My wife had a Cuban Coffee, which she loved because it reminded her of Vietnamese Coffee. We plan on stopping there again on the return trip to Houston.
Stopped here on the way to Florida because we were looking for something authentic. This place definitely hit the spot and everything was delicious. The Cubano and Guava and Cheese pastry were fantastic. Would definitely recommend stopping in to give these folks a try if you like authentic Cuban food.Food: 5/5
You cannot regret stopping here, whether you’re familiar with Cuban food or not! I got everything I love because I was so excited, and it was so good. There are so many vegetarian options too. A ton of local people were here, staff speaks English and Spanish, and they’re so friendly!! It’s great for takeout or dine-in, and it was really nice for a quick stop during a drive. LOVED my Cafe Bombon, Guayaba juice, and vegetarian platter with black beans and plantains. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp from good parking lot Dietary restrictions: Great for vegetarians even though there’s also plenty of meat on the menu
I wish I would have taken pictures of my food. This place was so amazing. The girl at the register was super sweet and kind to my kid. The Cuban was the best I've ever had. Super warm and pressed but the bread was still soft. The neat was seasoned well and super tender. The iced coffee thing tasted great too. Sweet but not overly sweet and my kid loved the guava and cheese milk shake thing. 100% would go there again. The pastries looked amazing too. Kid-friendliness: Staff was just super kind to kids. Not the normal dining experience so it was nice. We were a to go order but I saw one of the ladies catering to a kid at one of the tables.
Laura is a beautiful girl as are all the girls here and got me the best Cubano food I have had in years. Red with rice, old clothes, and fried yucca.. 10 out of 5 stars.Food: 5/5
Excellent! This location is just as good as the one in Gainesville. We did the Miami Cuban which was delicious. The beans and rice were authentic and wonderful as always. If you like good Cuban food this is the place. Never had bad food or a bad experience here. Don’t forget to grab a pastry for dessert! The guava turnovers are delicious.
This place is great !!! The food is delicious, cuban cofe so good ,and the service is excellent, super nice and lovely serves . I'll be back for sure . The chicken soup is awesome, the flavor and texture so so goodFood: 5/5
We absolutely loved Mi Apá ! Black bean soup was so soulful. And the Ropa Veija and Picadillo sooooo good. Highly recommend giving it a try. We will definitely stop by again next time we pass through town !Food: 5/5
Tried the Cuban sandwich and it was nice and crispy, yet meaty and perfect balance of flavors while also very filling. The prices are decent with most items between $9 - $12 and they also pay their servers well which translates to better than average service. Great atmosphere too so this place is a great pit stop on your road trip if you want to try authentic Cuban food!
