Mi Habana Café

I had an interesting morning here . Ordered a thin breaded steak, some brown rice and boiled yucca. Like many Cuban restaurants they have a to go window. Usually it’s for coffee or colada but they wanted me to order the food from the window. Anyway after some time the food arrived and it looks good. The steak looks well prepared. They should have more customers as it looked mostly empty. I do recommend

Came here with a group of co-workers to have a simple lunch and left extremly pleased. Place was delicious the service was great and the staff were phenominal was treated like family from the moment we walked in. Highly recommeded if you want some authentic fresh cuban cuisine. This is an unassuming place, easily missed. Its situated in the same structure as the Shell gas station. But make no mistake, it serves delicious Latin cuisine. Parking is slim so lunch traffic is a pain. The open floor plan creates a cacophony rivaling sold out ball games.

Good food, cute cozy place, but no good for lunch or if you are short on time. we went here as a recommendation of my boss for lunch, this place is inside a gas station in Hialeah. We sat and waited around 10 minutes for the menu; we ordered the special taking in to account that we were at lunch and proceed to chat as usual. 25 minutes later we tell the waitress again that we are waiting for the food; she did not stop by periodically to check on us. we finally get the food 30 min after we ordered and had to ask for the bill as we were getting the food. The food was tasty; I had the pan con bistec which was good. I feel like if we have had more time we would've had a good time here.

First of all, we waited over an hour for our food. We got there when there was only 2 other tables to be served and 3 waitresses. Secondly, the waitress was rude and could care less that we had been waiting. And last but not least, the food was subpar. If the food was bomb than maybe it would have been worth the horrible service. Unfortunately the only good thing I have to say is the place was clean.

Great place!! And since is under new management, food, service and even the place looks so much better!! Prices went down, never up! If you want to make sure just check at the menu before and now under the new management and you will see the difference. I personally recommend you this place. Chef and servers are the same that were before, so nothing changes negatively, now it is a lot better than was before!!

Amazing food ,I have try almost everything in the Menu , delicious food

Went there for a birthday with my best friends mother. They served us the best food guaranteed in Hialeah. This is a must go to type of restaurant. Prices were low and the quality were amazing! If want to go out and eat. Go there and you will not regret!

I enjoyed the food so much I went back the next day for lunch again. Food is fantastic with a big menu full of choices, Staff was great and atmosphere good for going alone or with a bunch of people.

C+ Honestly went here a few times and if you like Spanish food there are definitely cheaper and tastier alternatives. The prices are comparative to say Cuban Guys and the quality of food is subjective. I like their café cubano in the morning sometimes, but other than that not too much to be had here
