This agency has been so helpful and much cheaper for my car insurance. My insurance went up with AAA and that was just me on my policy, I tried asking my agent to put my boyfriend on my policy and it went from by myself 168 to both of us 500-600! That’s outrageous and I questioned everything about it and she could not give me a clear answer. So I could not add him which put me liable and if he was in an accident driving would screw me and also him. John is a blessing to me, and I say this because I am getting into a new lease and finally said I’m done with AAA my agent never answers and she didn’t seem truthful. Especially because she sold me renters insurance instead of homeowners insurance knowing I inherited my home and I have been paying with this for now 6 years with AAA! With now this agency I will be paying 184 a month full coverage and with my boyfriend on my policy! AAA obviously was not doing it correctly, with having great credit and not one missed payment I knew something wasn’t right and he helped call my insurance and cancel to make me feel comfortable. He is so intuitive with his clients and does not mind when you ask many questions! I ask many and he is very patient and he truly want what’s best for you I am very happy and will refer everyone I know to this agency
