Here at Mi Pueblo and Club de Amistad ADCs, provide a coordinated program of professional and compassionate services in an interactive, safe, and secure environment for senior adults in a community-based group setting. Lead by a team of nurses, case managers, and health educators, our services are designed to provide social and health care to adults who may need supervised care in a safe, warm, and loving place outside the home during the day. We also afford caregiver respite from the demanding responsibilities of care-giving. With the care we provide at Mi Pueblo and Club de Amistad, it allows our adult population to delay nursing home placement. Social Activities: Our friendly atmosphere helps interaction with other participants through planned activities (appropriate for all conditions) building strong bonds and lasting loving friendships.
Transportation: Our drivers provide a professional and caring environment when transporting individuals. The vehicles are maintained on a daily basis to provide you with comfort and cleanliness and peace of mind. We provide qualified applicants with transportation to and from home, doctor's offices and appointments, to include weekly trips to banks and stores for shopping. Let us be your driver.
Meals and Snacks: Our professional, friendly and qualified kitchen staff work diligently everyday to provide our clients with delicious, well balanced and healthy foods and snacks. We provide daily breakfast, lunch and a afternoon snack for all clientele. Be assured that we cater to all our clients with special meals that are set forth by their doctor's request.
Special In-town field trips: Here at Mi Pueblo and Club de Amistad, we believe in being active and exploring of our lovely community and its rich culture. As a participant of our programs, you will have a choice of many activities, including attending monthly outings that are planned and coordinated by our outstanding Activities Directors. These outings/ field trips include, but are not limited to visits to our local museums, parks, special events, and many other amazing places.

Heath services:
(Licensed Nurse on staff)
* Perform special treatments as ordered by physicians such as diabetes testing, monitoring of vital signs, and administering changes.
* Assist with personal care and counseling and heath issues.
* Assess client to stabilize or improve conditions.
