Mi Salon Spa is a wonderful nail salon! I have gotten the best manicure, pedicure and foot massage ever! Milan, the owner, is great at her craft as a nail technician, she takes her time , does not rush her job and makes sure your nails look gorgeous and flawless! It is a family run business and she and her husband are very welcoming, friendly, warm and make you feel at home; unlike other nail salon businesses which don't give you this feeling! This place is great. Not only are the owners extremely hospitable but their work is great too. They pay attention to detail, don’t charge an arm and a leg and they actually care if you’re not happy with your nails. They will take the time to fix them without all the judgements. I have never left a negative review for a business, but these services are not cheap and I do not want someone to have the same experience. I went for a scheduled manicure the day before Thanskgiving. There was one other customer, so it was not a rush to get to the next customer type of situation. The staff was all very friendly; my nail tech had a language barrier though and didn't understand so another tech asked me to pick a color. She didn't understand my request of shape or much I said; that was a bit tough. Instead of using remover and foil, like other places; grinded the polish off. My nails are so soft, sore and weak now. The polish had bubbled and now chipped; this was 7 days ago. The only "manicure" she did was soak and file my nails. I was there for over 90 min. I was told from another tech the cost was $25, when I got to the register $30. They charged $5 to grind the polish off but never mentioned that. I'm sorry but I would not go back for their services.Service: Manicure

The service was terrible the lady proceeded to rip my nails off and when I asked her to soak them off she told me I had to leave never come here and they be having a dog In the store very unsanitary
