I've had zero issues with this car wash and don't really get the negative reviews. No, this car wash won't perform miracles if your car is filthy. No, this car wash isn't as extensive as a full service place. No, the equipment didn't scratch your car, you probably noticed existing scratches when the dirt was cleaned. No it won't clean excessive brake dust. If anything I'd question the pre wash, but generally scrub brushes made from horse hair or an equivalent are gentle on paint and haven't had any immediate issues. I usually get the $15 wash since it's the best value and you get a lot for your money. Peco car wash equipment is usually always a solid performer and thus location is no exception. My only minor thing is the dryers could be more powerful - but I don't mind finishing with a towel anyways. I was even able to take my Scion xB through which I thought was impossible since it had been lowered almost two inches over stock. It did bottom out slightly on the rail but otherwise no worries. I will continue to use this car wash since it's the closest one that isn't Washman or Eco, which I've had issues with their older locations in the past.
BEWARE! My vehicle's paint was scratched going through this car wash and the owner was extremely defensive and argumentative. I would have turned it over to insurance, but since I didn't have any "before" pictures it may have ended up affecting my rates. Furthermore, it did not do a good job cleaning my car. I will never go through this car wash again. Update: As you can see by the owner's response 3 years after the fact, he doesn't care much about his customers or their property. I'll take this opportunity to recommend Scrubby's car wash in fairview on NE Halsey street x 220th. Also, thanks for bumping this 3 year old review to the top!
Nice attendants. Free Vacuum and enterior fragrance with every wash! Great value. Buy 3 to get #4 free. Three levels of wash/wax available.
all windows were foggy so I still had to clean them with spray, tires were not cleaned all the way
Washed two cars here. They didnt fold side mirrors in and both times my mirrors were folded in by washing equipment while going through. Free vacuum but doesn’t last long and can’t pay with quarters for more time.
8/16, 8:25 am, I went to have my car washed and none showed up, maybe in the bathroom. I had to leave after waiting so long.
Friendly, consistent, polite and articulate manager. Angel is always smiling . He is patient with drivers who have difficulty steering their vehicles onto the track. This car wash process does not leave the swirl Mark's on your car's surface like many others. They offer interior cleaning cloths, air fresheners and interior self service vacuuming. We highly recommend MIA'S EXPRESS Car Wash.
Been going here for 3yrs. Never had any issues. Now the hood of my car is all scratched up. These are deep scratches. I have 4 prepaid washes and will refuse to use them. I am now going elsewhere. Can't trust it!
I took my Audi A3 through this car wash and it was fine the first time. The last time it left scratch marks on my hood. It was really hard on my car. They must have made an adjustment or something... I will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone I know.. Now I need to take my car in and see if the marks can be buffed out,.
