Miami Beach City Hall

Dear Miami Beach: City Hall employees: Are you aware that Tremont Towing is terrorizing your tourists and griping the city? This company is preying on immigrant tourists who do not know or understand local culture to profit illegally. Towing cars 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that have paid parking stamps and cars that are in free parking areas. They claim the they work hand and hand with you Miami Beach: City Hall employees. I can’t imagine you guys know even the half of what this company is doing to your tourist city?! Please investigate this asap! Unfortunately-with me recently visiting Miami Beach for the very first time- my experience was poisoned by this company. Who asks for cash only in order to get your car back. Hmmm. I decided to take an early flight home because I did not feel safe in Miami Beach. Please take back control of Miami Beach!!

I was very impressed with the level of service I recieved today from the Customer Service Center. Within minutes of arriving, I was greeted, escorted back with a rep and a parking pass issued. From the front receptionist, to the CS rep and the cashier who was nothing less than a perfect and kind professional, the entire experience was incredible. Kudos to City of Miami Beach and its employees!

Went in today to get some papers notarized. The blonde lady at the city clerks office was offensively rude. Sorry you had to actually work.

Beautiful place, and I got to see the two resident furbabies hanging out by the side entrance, the place is beaming with positive energy. I went to get my taxes done for free depending on your income if it's low enough and I found there's a DCF office there as well.

With the covid testing and vaccine center on site you have to drive around to the back of the building to park. Maps will bring you into the front side which is inaccessible at this time. Stop is really friendly and courteous and easy to get into and out of once you do park in the garage.

I am an artist and I have stand outside Before 20 days they close payments for apply another lottery without any warning, they dont let me pay for next week lotary, now most busy 3 month I cant open stand... this is not my hobby this is my job, i dont have any mail for lottery this is my 2. Time, I try to pay my stad if u dont let me apply for lotary I have to open without permit, sorry... I have to do that, if I cant sell my art I will be homeless ... I am residents of Miami beach and there is still 1 week to rotary for next month I wish somebody responded me because nobody care there, they just say "we cant do, 3 people ask before u too" its mean 4 people victim here, if city hall dont care problem of residents, u should shame on u because I open company and paying tax for this stand now I have to close my bussiness 3 month ... ...

Went there to vote today . The atmosphere was very friendly and very organized.
