Here at Miami Port Parking we offer a quality and memorable parking experience for your cruise vacation. With an approximate ten minute ride to and from the port along with super secure parking for your vehicle, we let you enjoy your cruise worry free.

Once you place your reservation you will be given the the exact address and driving directions along with a confirmation. Once you enter the facility, please make your way to the center of the parking lot. You'll need to check in at the reception pavilion. At this time, you must present your reservation confirmation.

Definitely would not recommend especially for cruise parking. When we returned from our cruise and arrived at the parking garage at 8 am no one was there and a our phone call went to voice mail with no response. A neighboring business had a different number and called on our behalf and were told that someone would come in 10 minutes which they did not. My husband walked into an unsecured area of the garage and found our car. I had a second set of keys so we loaded up our luggage, got in to decide what to do next. Should we wait for someone who may never show up to give us our keys or leave? We looked up and found our set of keys under the windshield wiper blades! So our car was unprotected with the keys there for anyone to take. Unbelievable. Fortunately there was no damage and no additional miles on the odometer. Next time we'll spend more and park at the cruise port.
Horrible! The signage or lack there of made it frustrating and hard to figure out parking. A shuttle was supposed to pick us up from the further parking deck to take us to the terminal per the parking attendant and never came. Won’t go out of Miami again 12 hour drive from home wasn’t worth it to us.
The booking process was easy and the facility appeared to be convenient to the port. However, several days prior to my cruise, i realized that i would no longer need a parking spot, so I called twice to cancel the reservation and get a refund, but there was no answer. I've emailed multiple times and submitted three requests through the contact portal on their website, however, I have never received a response. Terrible business...They have stolen $80 from me.
Shuttle took forever. We called them 45 prior to them showing up then they we’re letting people on first who had less people first. Even though we were waiting there longer.
It was easy to book online and pay and there was someone there to park our car, however, when we returned from our cruise, no one was there to let us in to pick up our vehicle. We stood on the sidewalk for 40 minutes before the attendant came up, opened the gate and walked off. No apologies for being late. Nothing!! No posted hours. Seemed very sketchy. Won't recommend or use them again.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Hard to find and the address is wrong and would not let us in. Drove around for one hour trying to get info with no answer to phone and when they finally answered it was Spanish only.. Finally found it when the attendant that was never there showed up and turned the sign around to see the CRUISE PARKING entrance. He could speak English until we told him that we did not want to park our car between two other cars in two spaces!!! SO THREE CARS IN TWO SPACES and we had and SUV!!!!!! ........ Then he did not understand us and walked off saying no English????? Got one heck of a dent in the side of my new car due to this. About $300.00 in damages to repair. This place was TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER PARK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! No ride to cruise lines and uber driver was $26.00 one way. Had to pay that again to get back to our car. This was a really bad experience! Adding this after their response........................ Your response is a lie. The emails you sent were never responded to and you never answer your phone. Took months for you to refund after hundreds of calls. Much less the pain and suffering worrying about it. So SCREW your reply. It was my credit card company that finally got you to refund my money. YOU ARE NOT A GOOD HONEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH OR PARK WITH!!!!!
Recently just parked here prepaid online come back from my cruise and the attendant is telling me that the parking garage is under new management and they can’t honor That I already paid to park there for the duration of my cruise Even though I showed my receipt she didn’t care and wanted to charge me $130. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she didn’t know where the managers work and couldn’t provide me a number.
Emailed and filled out the contact form 2x on their website to attempt to cancel my future parking reservation. No response. Their phone number listed is in Spanish only and is a machine with no access to a person to talk to.
Fraud!!! Purchased parking through cruise parking and when I went to leave they charged another $160 to get my car out. No actual attendant at parking lot. Called the number to call center i. Another state who claimed I parked in the wrong garage but tber is no other garage other than the apartment garage across the street. Now I need to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
Probably the cheapest way to park for a cruise. Most bad reviews for any cruise parking consist of complaints about the shuttles so you don’t have to worry about that here. Pay less to park and just take a $7 Uber/Lyft. Received 4 stars because there’s no instructions on what you do after booking. You get a confirmation email but no step on what to do next. When you get to the garage you have to print a ticket as if you didn’t book. Turns out when you get back from your cruise, you let them know at the pay station that you booked online and they open the gate for you. Extra tip - Don’t accidentally leave a dome light on during you lengthy cruise to come back to a dead battery
