My name is Mike Bauer, and I am a disabled man in my 40’s. On September 2, 2002, I was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident. If not for being in the best shape of my life due to strength and fitness training, I would be dead.
I sustained multiple catastrophic injuries including a shattered back in several places and a spinal cord/cauda equina injury and was told I would never walk again.
Luckily the nerve damage was not quite as severe as the doctors thought. It took many months of hard work to learn to walk again. Extensive research and my previous knowledge of strength and fitness training enabled me to rehabilitate my own injuries.
Proper form and appropriate training techniques allowed me to regain my strength and mobility while protecting my back, joints and connective tissue.
I have spent more than a decade designing strength and fitness programs to rehabilitate my injuries. I still suffer from many problems, but continue to improve every day.
I am now ready to use the programs I have designed to help other people realize their strength and fitness goals. All programs are customized for each person’s, needs, abilities and goals.
