I have come back to this agency after being away for several years, leaving only to go with my late husband’s agency for our convenience.  After his passing and having to deal with the lack of customer service from our company I couldn’t wait to come back “home” to the Michael Coop Agency of American Family.  I had been with them for years previously and was used to that standard of care and service.  I did not get that with the company my late husband and I were with. Michael and his office staff make you feel like family.  They work to give you what you need and never push you into anything you do not want.  It doesn’t matter who you speak with in the office they are always kind, professional and never brusk or harsh with whatever you are calling about.  They never rush your call or if they don’t have the answer in that conversation they will get it and call you back.  They listen to what you need and not to what they want to sell you.  They are what you want in an insurance company. I’m so happy I came back “home” to the Michael Coop Agency of American Family Insurance.  This company treats a customer how they should be treated.

Mike Coop has been my insurance agent for over 40 years.  He and his team have always been reliable,  responsive,  and knowledgeable.

I have had American Family for over 20 years when I questioned the increase of my homeowners insurance I received an email from my agent, he couldn’t even get my name right. This was how much they valued me Needless to say I switched to Allstate I am now paying less an have a much better relationship with my agent

I've been with Mike and his team for nearly 30 years. First started with him at 16 to insure my 1984 Ford Escort. As my life grew, Mike and his team have been there along the way advising and assisting me with insurance services. I never have to worry about insurance, when things change they inform me and when my life takes a new direction they are the ones I call. Couldn't ask for a better customer service relationship!

I have had American Family for many years. I have filed no claims for over 15 years. When my flatbed trailer was stolen, I was offered only $1000 for a $3000 trailer, and told my home owners rate would increase $250 a year for the next 10 years. So I would be paying $2500 for a $1000 claim. What kind of customer loyalty and service is that? I felt like I was being robbed a second time. I have been actively looking at other insurance options.  This is no reflection on Mike Coop and his team. They are wonderful, but are bond by unfair American Family company rules.
