I called at 4:30 to have flowers delivered the following day. The girl who answered the phone, was very polite and so helpful. I explained the reason I was sending them and asked for something bright and cheerful. The flowers were delivered the following morning and are beautiful! I have had many bad experiences with ordering flowers but Michaels has a customer for life!!

I called for a sympathy arrangement for a colleague who had recently lost her father, and they sure delivered! The woman I spoke too was very nice, and I was able to get exactly what I needed for the price point I wanted. My colleague had the flowers within just a few hours, and she LOVES them. She's saved their card to order from them in the future herself. I would definitely use Michael Florist again and refer my friends to them as well. Michaels Florist gets it right every time. I’m not able to be home for my mother’s birthday in the summer because I own a store in Block Island and am way too busy to make it home. For the past two years I have relied on Michaels to let her know that I am thinking about her so much and sending love from afar. They get it. What they do with their arrangements impresses me every single time. So beautiful. The prices are right on for the quality they are putting out also. They delivered an orchid and a summery arrangement today and did not disappoint.
