I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Doesn't know his clients names or case information even after prolonging a felony case he promised would be dismissed almost a year ago. Treats family of the defendant like they don't mean anything. Refuses to listen to the whole story. Has to be refreshed every time he meets with a client. Spends 5 min and doesn't do a thing to defend the client. Says he will take care of you then throws you under the bus. Worst experience with an attorney I've ever had and that includes my ex-husband's slimy divorce attorney!

Today I got to see Mr. Magana in action and I can tell you he did not disappoint. He is a very good lawyer and helped our family on a very hard case . He worked very hard to get us a good deal for are family member. My family and I will forever be thankful.

You get results with Mike Magana. Everything he said he would get done for my fiancé's case he did. Aggravated assault charge with deadly weapon down to misdemeanor. His employees were very courteous and helpful. He is busy and has lots of cases because he is good at what it does. He is not always unavailable, but he is available when it matters. Did it take time? Yes. Did the courts constantly postpone the case? Yes. There are many moving parts. Have trust and patience.

A very unorganized and irresponsible law firm. Nathaniel Opara was my attorney. I live in Houston and the case took place in Belton. There were multiple times of my court date was reset, and I was neglected of being informed. Therefore, I drove to Belton from Houston multiple times just to discover that my case had been reset. The secretaries were incredibly impatient and rude with sheer bitterness. On top of that, I felt that I was not defended with vigor and my attorney provided me with a limp-fish performance. I feel that one would be better off being one’s own attorney.

First off I wanna shout out Mike Magana for keeping it solid with me through this challenge and controversy in my life that l was dealing with. All the negative talk , all the hatered that can be talked about with him, you have to get to learn a person before you can make a comment facts. I was dealing with a serious matter on a Habitual level, l didn't ask him to lie for me l asked him allow me to speak my Truth and He did. I salute you Mike me and my family as well. I appreciate how u stood up and done your dodiligence ,again you handled your business.

This review is what I have experienced, so your results may vary. From the beginning he was aware of my financial issues but he accepted me anyway. Throughout the process, his staff kept me informed and continued to stay in touch. Definitely a BIG shout out to Manny!! Most of these reviews with low ratings are probably because of no/less payment or is flat out disrespectful. The man is heavily sought out by many clients and stays in the courthouse regardless of counties. This man magically had my fiance’s charges from some prison time 5 years to being re-instated probation. Additionally, he fixed another lesser charge with Time served. Honestly, if anyone has an issue with this law firm is because they’re impatient, lack communication skills and simple understanding of the process. Is he expensive? Yes, but because his work ethic justifies it. Is he busy? Of course, plenty of clients from the primary location and surrounding areas. I will continually utilize him and recommend him to everyone. Once again, this is MY experience, so depending on you, your attitude and social skills, you may get the same results - simple as that. Thank you again Michael!!

With Mike you got a chance and that's the truth. In my opinion best lawyer around,hands down. Not just a bunch of talk, He can get things done and will. When your or your love ones life is on the line I highly recommend hiring Mr. Magana!!!

Michael J magana is NOT I repeat is NOT a good attorney ! My brother was incarcerated for an about 2 years he did not meet with my brother not ONE time to go over case or anything . His first time meeting with him was the day of court and he makes promises but just in it for the money ! Please don’t let this man take your loved one away he does not care ! No communication what so ever ! & Staff is RUDE as well !

Man when I tell you this man saved my life.... I literally mean that....I was facing 8 years of jail time...but this man was able to get me 4 years of probation.There is not a lot of lawyers that will allow you to pay them in increments without asking for ALL funds up front ! Mike has a confidence that can seem intimidating but please don't let that deter you, rest assure he can back it up. I highly recommend without reservation My man Mike....thank you so much for everything sir!!!

Every penny I spent with Mr.Magana was worth it. He is a really good lawyer I recommend him to anyone . He gets the job done.
