I have been with this agency for over 25 yrs. The service is top-notch and they have always gone above and beyond. I love the personal attention that Michael gives no matter what time of day or night or even a Sunday morning at 8:16 am because you couldn’t remember if you sent in the necessary papers needed. LOL! On that particular day my agent went into the office to double check and put my mind at ease. Now you know why I have been with them for so long and will continue to be here. Sure.. there are companies that offer insurance online at a lower rate.. but I know for a fact that no agent online is going to stop what they are doing on a Sunday to leave their home to put my mind at ease. Not now not ever! I insure 2 homes, my rental property, my cars, and my motorcycles with this agency. This review isn’t about American Family Insurance.. it’s about the broker/owner Michael Sparks, his staff especially Tracy, and their commitment to his clients. As long as he is here.. I will be too.
