Needed my new smart watch band adjusted and got there soon as the store opened bc I forgot hours have changed since Covid. The young lady fixed my bad quickly and I was on my way. Great service!

Ordered a purse online and everything on paper work says that returns are accepted at store. Tried to return and denied due to my form of payment paypal. Upset it does not disclose that on paperwork and my trip to the store was for nothing. I pay for everything I purchase online with PayPal for security.
Pretty expensive but they will try to save you some money. Got a great combination of gifts for my wife. The lady was really nice and understood i was in a budget even though its a high end fashion store i was able to mix and match for the perfect gift. Fellas if y'all wanna make you're wife smile this is the place to go.
I had the pleasure of experience the best customer service ever. The management team went beyond to help me with return. Their safety protocol made me feel safe and secure shopping there. Bonnie, Theo, Yazmin and the rest of the team are excellent. I will gladly shop there again and recommend it to all my friends and family.
Its awesome! I just went to see. Their selections are gorgeous. I came out with 2 purses & 1 wallet. 25%off baby. Nice staff, I'm aware they work on commission & they surely earn it!
Store was very proactive on safety with this covid. Appreciate that alot. Sales lady, Cassandra was very helpful and kind enough to show me different options for what I was looking for. Makes my buying experience easy and quick.
My wife and I walked...both of us in old t-shirts and faded jeans, my wife had on no make up and her hair was just in a pony tail, we were there to buy sunglasses, a smart watch, and travel clutch to match her MK Ciara purse set she already has.....thing is....no one ever greeted us, asked if we needed help, nothing....just a smile from one lady there who passed my wife to go to the back....very bad service , I work in the oil fields,my wife is a surgical veterinarian tech. We have money just are humble bout it...we felt if we dressed better and looked "rich" we Would be walked out with what we came for....now we will drive to the one in Mercedes....they have EXCELLENT customer service, and we always feel like royalty there even if we go in old street clothes and messy hair.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I walk in the first sale rep saw me but continue talking to a food vendor Who was showing her a plate of food at the entrances of the store Talk about being professional. She did not bother to welcome me. I continue walking and I saw a bag that really catch my attention close by there was a sales person instead of helping she walk away. I keep looking, waiting to be acknowledged just like the other 2 people who were there too. But nothing so I walk out very upset. I feel like because I was not dress up or look like the rest of your everyday custumers I was look down on. But let me tell you something those who don’t dress up and look less show off are the once with the money! Ill just wait until I got back to Virginia to take my business there. Where I am always treated very nice.
Great place to shop for birthday gifts and anniversary as well. Great customer service.
