Love little original Florida diners like this. We use to have them all around. Now we’re careful to support and protect the few that are left. Came in and was transported in time. Plants and 1950’s memorabilia lined the windows and walls. We were told to pick out our table and we sat down and were promptly greeted by the server. She was quick and polite and made us feel like regulars. Drinks came out quick, coffee was good and the food was great. Just what we wanted. A nice simple hometown breakfast and a decadent platter of Nutella crepes to share. The whole time the server and manager/ owner were walking around and checking on everyone. Love this as my secret Florida diner for quiet and relaxing mornings amongst locals. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. Check back for updates and new reviews of places around town.
They have great food and the prices you can't beat. I always order Gabriel's special, and honestly, it's large enough to share between two people. Add on an order of the home fries, and you will leave completely full. My picture shows my order minus the home fries, and yes, there are two huge, crispy, delicious pancakes.Food: 5/5

Nicely decorated for the Holidays, service was quick and you see servers walking at fast pace making sure everything is clean and everyone is served. They were very friendly and willing to give me suggestions. Hot chocolate was good pancakes server mentioned they were big! But didn’t mention they were thin as a crepe… soup tasted literally like water, with vegetables. Stars are given for the service and the fact that we didn’t feel rushed.
Good food, and great customer service. They make you feel like family. And As you continue to come you notice they have a great reputation with reoccurring guests. This place really is a diamond in rough. Awesome place!Food: 5/5
Went here for lunch. Was not really hungry and chose a Money Crisco, I had a problem deciding what was better the sandwich or the coleslaw. Absolutely incredible food. This place has an authentic feel of a typical "mom and pop" restaurant. Gives it so much charm. A place that says Pompano Beach.

Our absolute favorite breakfast spot! There isn’t a thing on the menu we haven’t liked. The BEST pancakes you’ll ever try! The prices are incredibly fair too. A must if you live locally or even if you’re just passing by.Food: 5/5
If Michaels was open at 5 am I would eat there 7 days a week. I understand that 6:30 is reasonable and Iit makes my Saturday and Sunday breakfast even more special! The food is very nicely prepared and the owners really make you feel like family. Treat yourself to an outstanding breakfast or lunch but Breakfast is my favorite! Parking: Plenty of parking close NOT across the street but right there!
The food here was very good, every person in our party loved it however that is the only thing that was great. When we were first shown our seats we noticed that both the booth and table were not wiped down at all we had to ask for someone to come and wipe the table for us and this person did not wipe the booth. My friend had to go ask for napkins and wiped himself. We asked for coffee and did not recieve utensils not even a spoon to mix the coffee until around half hour after getting the coffee. I understand you are a family business but in the years you've been in service you should learn when you need more people or plastic utensils to keep the customer happy.
