Michael S. Gallatin currently serves as a Senior Investment Advisor for the Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group specializing in the sale of distressed assets, industrial property, and land in Florida. With over 25 years of both commercial and residential real estate experience, Gallatin has secured multiple transactions with a career sales volume of $70 million.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Gallatin served as owner and president of Michael Gallatin, LLC in Annapolis Maryland where he engaged in contract preparation and negotiations, property research and feasibility studies in addition to project organization and time management.
Gallatin also handled project cost estimating, time-lines and coordination with banks and lenders for construction loans/draws, permit expediting/tracing, construction planning and scheduling, along with supervision and construction quality control.
Previously, Gallatin served as owner and president of Terrain, Inc., a successful engineering and surveying company where he planned, organized and managed all aspects of civil engineering projects in both commercial and residential land development.
