As a customer, I’m beyond disappointed with the services I received today. I had an appointment today to get highlights with Cassidy. The cut and style was great, however, the highlights didn’t show on my hair. Instead of her letting me know that she wouldn’t be able to do the highlights I wanted, she went and did a terrible job with my hair. I feel that I didn’t get the services I paid for. I spent over $200 only to be disappointed in the end and lied to that I have highlights which I don’t. And instead of her hearing me out and asking me how she can fix it- she was just plain rude.

I have been on a quest for a new curly hairstylist since my beloved hairstylist retired at the beginning of the pandemic. I am happy to say my search is finally over! Not only is Christopher Nash a level 3 Deva certified stylist, he is one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met. From the moment he introduced himself, he did everything possible to make me comfortable. He not only listened well, but was happy to offer suggestions based on my hair type and we were able to come up with a curly hair plan that he then executed flawlessly. I appreciated the time that he took during the cutting process, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the end product. While I did come here to get a cut and style with Hayley, I plan on returning. Her regular price is 42, but she is worth more. I did have to bring my 2 year old, but everything went smoothly and noone was ruffled. The cut was awesome and she did a nice job styling, though my hair took FOREVER to dry as always.

Shana is awesome. This was my first visit with her and I was looking to brighten up my roots and do a bit of color correction to blend better I have shoulder-length, fine, straight blonde hair with super blonde tips and dark blonde roots. She listened to what I wanted, talked me through what she would do to even out my color and has a calm and confident energy. I really love the color result and the trim feels so much fresher with more movement. Highly recommend her!

This last week I had a chemical peel done by Megan and it was fantastic! It was very relaxing, she was very gentle and walked me through each process. The products all smelled wonderful, too! Everyone was very nice and eager to help! The salon was very clean, as well.

I went to Cassidy for a highlight and a cut today and couldn’t be happier! She asked me several questions to really understand what I was looking for and the result was better than I could’ve imagined. On top of the great cut and color, she was extremely personable and fun to talk with. It was incredibly easy and convenient being able to book an appointment online. Shana is awesome! This was my first visit at this salon and I was a bit nervous. My hair was bleach blonde and over processed. Shana took the time to listen to my concerns and was so patient. After she was finished with my hair, it felt so soft again and looked natural. I loved how she cut my hair and the color is just beautiful!

I used to get nervous going to other salons. I never knew what people were going to do with my hair. I haven't had that problem here. Shana is fantastic! She always does exactly what you ask and makes it look good! Very talented!

3 haircuts. Would have been 4, at least one of us was smart enough to change her mind. All 3 went beyond being disappointing disastrous haircuts were received. Maybe, if you get the owner or his senior stylist, you may get a decent cut. Stylist we had could not even give a decent shampoo. Sadly, once hair has been cut shorter than discussed, it cannot be uncut. Granted, this was during the championship parade, but the stylist did not care for sports, so can't even use that as a possible excuse.

Rachel Milligan is amazing. I love my hair.
