My first stop was michaels were I met John, I was instantly impressed with the no pressure approach that I found in other places , the knowledge the team has is unmatched, my purchase day I worked with Mary who made it even better, thanks for the great experience, we will see you guys soon.
Mary was a pleasure! She was very helpful and professional. Michael's always has the best selection and quality. I miss their old style jewelry boxes though, not a fan of the new ones. Either way, still a better experience than the commercial brands across the mall
We stopped in Michael's on a whim at the beginning of our ring search and ended up staying with them for the entire process. Robert Winters and the entire Michaels team were excellent and responsive. They made every effort to accommodate us, our custom ring and all our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have done business with them in the past and had pleasant experiences. However today I went in looking for something simple. I guess since what I wanted was something simple and not crazy expensive, the lady did not see any incentives in helping me, hence no desire to help me. She was more worried about a customer who came in after me who was looking at pricier jewelry. She rushed me and made me feel as if I was bothering her. She looked disgusted with me every time I would ask a question. I ended up just leaving saying I needed to think about it. Even though it was because she clearly had no desire to help me and made me feel unwanted.

One of the best shopping experiences that I have had. Mary from Michael's Jewelers in the meridian mall was attentive and knowledgeable. She was truly amazing and kind. 10 out of 10, would recommend, anyone looking for something small to extravagant.
